I have been obsessed with Lil Kim’s late 90’s aesthetic for quite some time now. Her colorful wigs, all primary colors of course, huge Chanel glasses and oversized fur continue to give me life. I mean, how can you not be infatuated with the petite style icon and her daring outfits? I have always appreciated and identified with how Kim was never afraid to live in her truth and dwell in her own uniqueness.
So after many months of contemplating, I decided to portray the all blue 90’s lewk from her Crush on You video for #Halloween2016. I think I nailed it, given that multiple pictures were taken of me at the pahhty (party).
